Loadman Fleet Manager (FM) Overview
It is possible to go to each vehicle at the end of the day and manually copy
load data directly out of the Loadman meter into your daily log.
The Loadman Fleet Manager software eliminates
this tedious and error prone task by performing the data collection using
a variety of communication technologies selected for your environment.

The FM is an interface between you and the Loadman meter(s).
The FM has the abilily to view your load data on your computer. Data
column order can be organized to your preference, data can be sorted
ascending or descening by one or more columns, data can be filtered by
a powerful filtering tool. The FM also has a powerful printed report
generator. The report generator includes the ability to generate totals and
percentages.

The FM presents your data on the screen and on paper organized to fit
your needs.
The FM also has the ability to import data (such as Customers and Routes)
from other software or databases. The FM can also export data to other
software and databases.

The FM can work with your existing computing systems.
The FM is a program that runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows
2003 Server. Major functions include:
- Context sensitive help.
- Communicates with the Loadman meter using a variety of old and new

- Customers, Sites, and Services (Site and Service are optional if not needed).
- Routes and Route Stops for each Route
- Trucks and Drivers
- Products, pickup Problems, and Service Types
- Correlates collected data with Customers, Sites, and Services. Also
with Products, Service Types, and Problems.
- Use GPS data to automatically determine Customer/Site/Service for
collected data.
- Extensive map functionality
- Watch a Truck as it runs a Route.
- Playback a Truck running a Route on a previous date.
- Show each Route Stop for a Truck, using animation to show the
order visited.
- View any Customer, Site, or Service on a map. Compute Lat/Lon based
on the address or get the address from the Lat/Lon.
- View and modify loads on a map.
- Import data from a wide variety of sources, custom import modules can be
created.
- Allow database entries to be entered and edited by the user.
- Export data directly to a spreadsheet.
- Format data to be imported by other software programs.
- Print reports according to provided report templates or of your own design.
- Archive and restore LoadData.
