• Close: this will close the view, the current window size/position, sort order, and selection are saved to be applied when it is reopened.
• Search: will locate the desired item by searching the column under the mouse pointer.
• Select All: items in the view.
• Show Sort Order: list the columns used as sort keys.
• Restore column order / size: return the view's columns to their default settings.
• Export: data to text or to a spreadsheet.
• Print: Prints reports.
